ProfitIQ does not guarantee that a client will win a bid, avoid a loss, improve profitability, reduce risk, obtain clarification, avoid disputes, or achieve any specific business result.

A Bid Decision Brief is intended to support decision-making. It is not a guarantee of project success, bid accuracy, profitability, compliance, or risk avoidance.

Reliance on Client-Provided Information

ProfitIQ relies on the documents, links, instructions, and project information provided by the client. If information is missing, incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unclear, or later revised, the usefulness or accuracy of ProfitIQ’s review may be limited.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials are complete, current, and authorized for review.

Use of AI-Assisted Tools

ProfitIQ may use AI-assisted tools, document review tools, spreadsheets, cloud storage, email systems, and other technology to assist with organizing, reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing project information.

These tools support the review process but do not replace professional judgment, contractor judgment, or the client’s responsibility to verify project requirements and make final decisions.
